management as a process by which individual develop, implement, and monitor
career goals and strategies. For the time being, career management can be briefly
described as an ongoing process in which an individual.
Berdasarkan pada pengertian ini berarti karir manajemen dapat diartikan proses
pengembangan diri individu, implementasi, dan pengawasan karir pada tujuan dan
strategi.
Karir manajemen menurut Hall et al (2000 : 568) : Career management is
defined as a dynamic process in which individuals gather information on their
own likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, and on the world of work; develop
realistic career goals; develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals;
and obtain feedback to promote career decision making
